Atomic Tessellator
Atomic Tessellator uses AI-driven computer simulation to discover and develop new materials, including substitutes for critical minerals used in defence, energy and advanced manufacturing.
Qualifying a new material for defence use has traditionally taken as long as building the mine that supplies it. Atomic Tessellator's platform compresses the discovery phase, identifying and modelling viable alternatives to supply-constrained minerals faster than traditional trial-based methods allow, so allied industry can move from candidate material to qualified material in a fraction of the time.
Founded by Alain Richardt, the company works at the intersection of materials science and computation, supporting the case for substitution and qualification as a formal pillar of critical minerals strategy, alongside extraction and processing.
