Requisite Resources

Requisite Resources Limited (Requisite) is an exploration company focusing on Clay hosted Rare Earths. With 5,280 km2 of granted exploration tenure Northeast of Esperance, we are strategically positioned with the largest land holding in what is rapidly emerging as Australia's leading clay hosted Rare Earths region.

Our Balladonia and Mount Ney projects are predominantly underlain by Proterozoic rocks of the northeast trending East Nornalup Zone. Notably, our tenure encompasses the highly sort after Booanya Suite Granites, recognized as 'A' type (anorogenic) leucogranites that are described as heavily enrichment in Rare Earth Elements (REE). These granites are part of the Esperance Supersuite granitoids dating back to 1330-1360Ma. They are generally enriched in K2O, TiO2 and P2O5 compared with the Truslove Suite granites, although it is the strong enrichments in REE that distinguish granites of the Booanya Suite from those of the Truslove Suite, and from all other granite groups of the Albany–Fraser Orogen. The Booanya granites are considered the probable source of the leachable REEs found within the vast clay deposits in our region.

Recent exploration efforts within the greater Esperance region have unveiled extensive areas of near-surface clays displaying high concentrations of rare earth elements. Several ASX-listed junior exploration companies, including OD6 Metals Limited (ASX: OD6), Mount Ridley Mines Limited (ASX: MRD), Heavy Rare Earths Limited (ASX: HRE), West Cobar Metals (ASX: WC1), and Meeka Metals Limited (ASX: MEK), have made significant discoveries in this area, with Heavy Rare Earths Limited and West Cobar Metals Limited already having inferred resources. Given the success achieved by our neighbouring explorers and the geological similarities throughout the region, we are highly optimistic about the potential for our own discoveries.

Currently, we are actively engaged in our Maiden Air Core drilling campaign, which encompasses 384 Air Core holes with an anticipated average depth of 50 meters. This drilling will provide us with an indicative coverage of the majority of our tenure. Another 125-holes are pending heritage survey and will complete the initial widespread exploration drilling plan.

Requisite is currently an unlisted public company and work is progressing towards our IPO. We eagerly await our upcoming listing on the ASX, expected in Q3 2023.
