Fully MCIPS-qualified, Sarah has built a career defined by strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to inclusive, values-driven transformation. Her training spans advanced procurement, strategic sourcing, e-sourcing, contracting, advanced negotiations, and EU procurement law in the UK, as well as Leadership, Women in Leadership and Supply Chain in Australia.
Currently serving as Vice President of Operations Supply Chain at AngloGold Ashanti, Sarah leads complex integration and governance initiatives across global mining operations. Her work is shaping the future of supply chain delivery across Africa, Latin America and Australia, with a focus on collaboration, transparency, and sustainable value creation.
Beyond her professional achievements, Sarah is a dedicated community leader and mother of two neurodivergent children. She has served as Vice Chair and is currently Treasurer of the Kalamunda Out of School Care (KOSC) committee, a non-profit centre supporting families in the Perth Hills for over 30 years. Her advocacy for diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety is reflected in her leadership at AngloGold Ashanti/. Sarah brings a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and human-centred leadership to every conversation to shape supply chain for the future.
