His specific focus includes early stage permitting, project development through to design engineering, construction, and final turnover. Since joining Canadian Copper, Simon has consolidated the largest open pit mineral resource in New Brunswick and combined this asset with a fully permitted and operational processing complex to reduce capital investment and bring the commercial production date forward. He has an honours degree in Economics from Bishop’s University and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
