Western Metallica Resources is a mineral exploration company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, with an exploration office in Asturias, listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange under WMS.

WMS has 100% ownership of two gold projects in Asturias; Penedela and Valledor, and one copper project located in Andalucia; Nueva Celti. The Company has an additional gold property; Sierra Alta under option to earn 55%, located in Asturias. There are no royalties other than a 2% NSR (with buyback terms) on 500-hectares of Penedela ground. WMS properties are strategically located in Spain, which is one of the most mining friendly jurisdictions in Western Europe.
